One of the UK's finest hotels, this small boutique operation offers both luxury and convenience in bustling London, England.

The Milestone Hotel is located directly across from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. There are 45 luxurious bedrooms (which can accommodate two adults and two chilldren) and 10 individually themed suites as well as two pairs of interconnecting rooms that work very well for families.

In addition to the discreet and excellent service provided by the staff, there are amenities such as a private health spa, and in-room entertainment including hi-tech satellite TV channels and Blockbuster movie options.

Dining venues include Cheneston’s, serving continental cuisine with an emphasis on modern British cuisine, the Conservatory, ideal for light meals, and the Park Lounge, the perfect setting for a delicious afternoon tea that’s served in front of a cozy roaring fire.

This upscale place caters to families in an upscale way, with classy combinations of room and board plus museum or theatre tickets. At our visit, there was a choice of "Artistically Milestone," featuring a London Pass to all major museums and galleries; and the "British Museum Break" which includes a ride to the British Museum and a book on the history of the mummies in Ancient Egypt.

On the spot culture can be had at the Little Prince and Princess Tea for those under 12, which includes a selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with cream, preserves, French pastries, chocolate truffles and hot chocolate.

Within walking distance are the Royal Albert Hall and some of London’s most exclusive stores including Harrods and Harvey Nichols. All of London’s major family attractions are a short taxi ride away.
