Any good price comparison site?

Hi all, we are going to Venice for a trip, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. To enjoy this trip we are looking for a good site providing hotel price comparison. Do you guys know any good online resource? With the help of which, we can compare hotels according to their prices and rates. Hope you guys will help us.
Thanks!!

You can compare rates for hotels you want and see who offers the cheapest rates, Compare Hotel rates , I think they compare about 30 different hotel bookings websites

If it is for Europe then perhaps Planeurope might be better, though that is for general sites, Kooloola does let you compare many different ones.

Greny92, there is a nice source for you HotelPriceBot which compare hotel rates from different reservation system and only in few seconds give you the lowest price. And it also covers many many cities. If you ever want to go to UK, then the best option would be UKBooker because it has the best hotel rates of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

I really like kayak com and pretty much book almost all my vacations through them. But also calling the hotels personally works wonders, especilly now... booking sites like expedia get a commision on each booking and the hotels make less money. Call them and ask if they can give you a good deal. If you feel that they dont want to, tell them that you will call a few other hotels in the same area to compare... you will see it works and you can save a lot of money.

I always use Tripadvisor for hotel comparisons - and you can check 5 different websites for price from there.

Trip advisor

Likewise, we use TA for comparison, looking at hotels and accommodations and then the rough price for each recommended place comes up in orange.

I used to work for a touroperator and know how difficult it is to get a grip on hotel prices. Hotels oftern change at will as well as having multiple contracts with dozend of touroperators, dot com agens, travel agencies etc. It's worth therefore to browse around before making a booking as prices can even change from day to day or even hour to hour.
I normally use hotelpricescompare dot com for my bookings, they seem to search most sites and often good deals pop up. You can also try calling the hotel directly and negotiate, had good luck with this on some European hotels.

The best hotel price comparison site is trivago, where you can find the best deals for hotels in Europe.
