Are you looking for a tour package or some sort of hotel package? I know that tour packages will not always include meals. Or, as sometimes is the case, the package will not include all meals. I've booked with Tours4Fun a few times , and I know for sure that they don't always include meals in all packages. So when you you do your research online, pay attention to the fine print.

Good luck.

are you also looking around PA? you might have heard of Woodloch, tehy have always been great for the all inclusive family type of vacation, so you might wanna inquire about that since they've been with that business for too long. i think its perfect for a little adventure, recreation, and or just to relax. they have games so your kids can get along with other playful guys and gals out there.

or... you can go down to west virginia @Oak hill adventure, the name itself is more of those people who are that active

We just got back from a Disney Vacation that was a lot of fun. You can choose to get the meal plan, but we didn't because our kids don't eat enough to make it worth while. Also, you have to plan your meals a little with the plan, and with young kids, making a set plan isn't always adventageous. We stayed at a Disney property, the Wilderness Lodge, which was a like a vacation in itself. There was a pool, a little beach area and all the transportion was free and easily accessible. Our kids are 4 & 6 and they had a fantastic time. Your two year old might get left out of some of the action, but if one of you isn't a big ride person, it won't really matter. Be sure you have a stroller for both of your kids if you go. My other suggestion would be a club med vacation that is family friendly. Club Med vacations are great because the food and drinks are free and always available. Many of the locations offer kids club activities that free up the parents for some adult fun as well. I've been to a couple of Club Med's and have always found the experience relaxing and fun.
