NYC's Buckingham Hotel Offers "Earth and Space" Package to Families
If families that love science, space and nature are interested in traveling to New York City, the Buckingham
Hotel (888/511-1900) at 101 West 57th Street, NY, NY 10019, has the perfect package that celebrates the beauty of the earth and universe.
From now until June 30th 2008, the all-suite hotel on 6th Avenue is featuring their "Earth and Space" Package. Families will receive free admission for two
adults and two children to the American Museum of Natural History (212/769-5100), Central Park West at 79th Street, NY, NY 10024 and
its Hayden Planetarium. During your visit make sure to check out all of the museum's famous permanent collections, including the Fossil Hall, with 360
degree views of spectacular dinosaur bones, and the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life that features a 94-foot long blue whale model. Also on display are some
traveling exhibits such as, Exoplanets, SonicVision and Cosmic Collisions, which are sure to blow your family's mind.
In addition to admission, the package also includes Space Shows at the Museum's Rose Center, other special exhibitions, admission to IMAX films and
even a souvenir astronaut ice cream for the kids.
After your family's trip to the museum, you will find yourself in one of the Buckingham's suites. For $299 plus tax/N (two night minimum required),
families of four can enjoy accommodations in a one-bedroom Deluxe Suite. With one master bedroom, a separate living room (with a pullout sofa for the kiddies),
full kitchen and bathroom, the suite is 750 square-feet. The Buckingham Hotel believes that any family can turn any of their spacious suites into their home
away from home for the duration of their stay.
